The good thing about Network Marketing industry is the fact that when you work hard, you automatically get yourself a promotion. Nobody has to hold a board meeting to promote you. All you have to do is make a decision to do what it takes to move up the ranks. But what happen when your company pays you less when you move up the rank?
I know this sounds unrealistic but it does happen. You have to read in between the lines to see how your company’s compensation plan works.
